Sign-On Bonus

Excellent Bonus

Effective September 11, 2024, regular Full-Time or Part Time Direct Support Professional in Group Living, Supported Living, or Life Enrichment & Employment Pathways, you can earn up to $2,400.00 in your first year of employment. Think of it as our way of saying congratulations on joining our team and again for your achievement of one year of service.

These are one-time bonuses, eligible to you at your completion of 75 days, 6 months, and completion of one year of continuous employment from your original hire date (not on rehire or return dates).

LOGAN employee policies, including employment requirements and results, apply.

• Completion of 75 Days = $600.00 Bonus

• Completion of 6 Months = $800.00 Bonus

• Completion of 1 Year = $1,000.00 Bonus

To be eligible for these bonuses, you must be continuously employed through the completion dates indicated and the actual payroll date of the bonus payout in accordance with the LOGAN payroll process. Changes in employment status may nullify or modify the payment agreement.
